We comply with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).
Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and in perfect condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no extra cost.
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Special orders
Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
1. Return the original item
2. Place a new order once the return is accepted
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via a payment method of your choice
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
