All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Please note that certain products may require up to 14 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or public holidays.

During high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, as well as the size and nature of the products and the selected payment method.

Please note that a 2% Cash on Delivery (COD) fee will be applied to orders paid using this option.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no extra cost.

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
